Hello dear members!
We are finally having our first contest! The theme will be "Group Mascot". We are asking you to design a mascot that will represent what this group is all about! Cute anime girls! Also, if you could think of a cute name for her that would be great! (but dont worry if you cant! )
Here are some of the things we are looking for in a mascot; these are just some ideas, so don't let your design be restricted by us!

She must be FEMALE. This is a group for anime female art after all!

Personality:
Just like our members, she is an artist who is still experimenting with ideas and testing techniques to improve her artistic talent! (However don't let this idea take over your design! Feel free to ignore this!)

Quirky
Curious
Cute

Physical Appearance:
Can be human, Kemonomimi (human with animal features i.e. bunny ears) or a cute animal! NOT a furry or anything like that!

Clothes:
Anything clothing style other than Lolita or skimpy bikini clothes is okay! Nothing too sexual please! She is cute, not naughty!

Colour Scheme:
Any bright, cheerful and girly colours! (Doesn't have to pink!)

Entry Fomat:
Alongside normal anime female body size we also accept chibi’s! We would prefer full body so that the design can be easily seen, but if you can show the design well without a full body then that is fine too!
We would prefer it to be coloured, but if for whatever reason you don't want to colour it, we won't decline the entry!
No background is required. But feel free to ad one if you want to!

no cosplay, craft, doll, 3D art etc unfortunately!
The picture must be specifically made for our contest! If you have an old OC that you wish to submit as a mascot, please draw a new picture as your contest entry! This means that the submission date for the picture must be after this journal was posted.
In your deviation comments, please mention that the picture is for our mascot contest!

Usage in group:
The winner of this contest would have to be okay with us using it as a group mascot on our homepage and any other related use (journals etc)
You must be okay with other people drawing fanarts of her as we may open a folder just for our new mascot!

Judging:
The judges of this contest will be the founder and co-founders of this group only!
To make it fair, the winner is not necessarily going to be the best drawing; we will choose the best design and concept. However if the winning piece is by someone who is not very strong at drawing we may re-draw the character for use ourselves! But the credit will always be yours!
